the history of the Israelites started around 1200-100bc king solomon ruled from 970-930bc, he ruled all of Palestine. the Israelites made jerusalem the capital of israel.king solomon is best know and responsible for building the temple in the capital. the capital temple is best known as the religious center of the civilization. israel was the most powerful under king solomon.
